Leksand crispbread is baked following traditional family recipes. This is a firm favourite for everyday use, suitable for any type of meal. We bake using wholegrain rye flour with the Swedish Seal of Quality (“Svenskt Sigill”) and fresh water from our own spring.
Wholegrain flour contains vitamins and minerals, and it has a high fibre content. The fibre ensures good digestion, a stable blood sugar level, and helps to satisfy that feeling of hunger. No added sugar or fat – genuinely healthy to the last crumb.
